With a passion for design and experiences, Gustavo Galvan developed into the creative director and founder of Galvan Event Design. The company’s main vision is to create bold, imaginative and spectacular experience concepts. Gustavo has made it he’s mission to delight the senses of party guests through the exploration of color, decor, lighting and entertainment elements.

Gustavo is an active member of the event industry and believes in helping his community and industry through volunteering, mentoring and creating standards that raise the bar. Gustavo Galvan an active member of the Young Event Professionals also known as YEP! and incoming President for 2019.

Carline is a certified event management professional. The founder and creative director of Events By Carline, a full service event production company located in Garden City, NY. She began her career in the event industry  more than fifteen years ago creating custom decor and out of the box experiences for social events. Carline and her amazing team are innovators and trendsetters best known for their creative ideas, unexpected decor accents and exquisite attention to every detail. Carline Beaubrun has planned and designed celebrations all over the world. Carline’s passion for event design has led her to teach event design workshops to emerging event professionals nationwide. Carline Beaubrun is the incoming 2019 Vice President of Programs of YEP!- the Young Events Professionals association.

Bee Eventive, LLC is a full-scope innovative, boutique event management company providing a variety of event services customized to meet each client’s needs and objectives nationally and internationally.
19 years professionally in the event industry including management of over 100 high-profile sports and entertainment nationally televised events on ABC and NBC.
Additional 5 years in undergrad and high school as an event producer where a love of events and the impact they have inspired a career in events.

Regina has been planning events for over 15 years. She worked in the financial services industry and now in the hospitality industry. Her experience ranges from corporate events, weddings and social events. Having had the opportunity to grow up in different countries, she speaks English, Spanish and French. Regina graduated from Fordham University majoring in Architecture.

Mark O’Brien is a National Account Executive for Staging Techniques based in
Mt. Vernon, New York. Staging Techniques is a national production services
company with a proud 50-year history. With facilities in New York, Los Angeles, Atlanta and Seattle, Staging Techniques travels nationally and internationally and provides equipment and skilled personnel in projection, video and video facilities, audio, lighting and lighting design, scenic construction and production management.
For almost twenty years Mark O’Brien enjoyed a successful career as entertainer (Master of Illusion/ Magician) and live entertainment and television producer. His company provided acts, full-scale shows, and consultation for both popular and corporate entertainment.
Mark O’Brien graduated from Northwestern University’s School of
Communications with a Bachelors of Science degree where he majored in Radio, Television and Film.
